I’m considering a used E-Stream Evo 2 29” hardtail, but found very little info on the internet about it.
The seller has it listed for $2,250 with the following description:
“Lightweight, oversized wheels and semi-fat tires, Suntour front shock w/remote lockout, suspension seat post, 250w Brose high performance BBSD motor, 17ah 48v removable, frame concealed battery, Schwalbe 29x2.8” knobby tires, rack, bottle cages, and more. She has a Shimano DEORE XT 20 speed drivetrain and Tektro Disc Brakes. She’s a beauty but I went another way. E-MTB’s are IMPOSSIBLE to find right now, so buy a gently used one and save a boatload of money! She’s a level 1 pedal assist only with a max speed around 23-25mph (she’s was “chipped” when she was new!) Ultra stable, premium brand, with true bike shop support if needed. Less than 300 miles on the bike!”
I’m concerned that I cannot find info on this bike, and couldn’t even find info on how to order a replacement battery if it needs one. With only 300 miles on the bike, should I be concerned about the battery?
It looks like the one in this video so it could be a 2017 model? Any way to tell if it the Brose S or Brose T motor?
Here are pics from the seller. It needs a good cleaning. Anything I should be concerned about, or look for?
Appreciate any advice on this.
