Did BPM declare a return authorization is due you " if any thing " is wrong ?

I erased last comment because I didn’t even give the company a chance i was going off other people’s experiences so I’m gonna wait to receive the bike assemble it and take it from there, thank you your input has been helpful


UPDATE : I received the bike and love it I had to have a few things tweaked but so far so good.
I will say this @ Mike V I agree with you now on having Velofix assemble it or at least have them look it over
