350W motor for Ncm moscow+ 48v 250w eu version

Hi!

I ordered a new hub motor, 48v 350w with the same juliet 9 pin connector.

it arrived yesterday but it is not working properly. It goes very slow with low power and speed only starts to increase once you go past 15kmh (showing 3-5 kmh on display)

I thought the same controller and display should work for 48v 350w motors... am I wrong?

I ordered a mxus xf15r motor but instead a kunray motor arrived. Should it work? Any idea?
