Charger and other parts for Electrobike Cross

I called a company that used to sell Electrobikes, they said they are no longer a US product, now foreign and hard to find parts for it. We have the Electrobike Cross (white version) 2016 and need a charger for it that got lost in a move. Does anybody have one to get the model and product number off of it the charger so I know what to order? I have no idea which charger to buy. Want to be sure the plug fits too. I've used google translate to contact The website electobike.com and they never respond with any help.
