The bike is perfect. I have never had an issue however I am a competent bicycle mechanic and I have common sense. When you turn the bike on make sure you don't move it until the headlight and taillights come on. When the bike first turns on it calibrates itself, therefore, moving the wheels or cranks is problematic.
The LBS I bought it from didn't set it up that well. I was fine with that and all I did was walk in and pay. When I got home I went over it and fine-tuned everything. You may think that is what you pay an LBS for... but regardless I am going to check everything myself I don't care how well it is set up. The LBS missed a lot and probably because I just showed up 5 mins after they opened and paid without pre-order.
The 2022 VADO 4.0 is a great bike. I am getting as much as 82 miles out of a charge (micro 30%) and as little as 37 miles on turbo.
