2021 Motobecane eMulekick SL boost or replacement battery

I purchased a 2021 Motobecane eMulekick SL with BAFANG M800 28MPH MidDrive. I would like to add a boost battery or purchase a spare original battery but I have not been able to find information on either option. Does anyone have information on this?

Have you had any issues with your Bike? I just purchased one and it worked great for 12 miles now the only thing I can get to power up is the display. I can't get the power assist to work at all it does have an error code of 25 which shows to be a torque sensor. which I don't know where the torque sensor is located Bikes Direct and Bafang have been no help
