2021 Giant Road-e?

Any rumors out there regarding the 2021 Giant Road-e Pro bikes? Seems like the other big manufacturers have upped the ante with carbon frames and lighter overall weights.

Giant is a pioneer in the e-bike industry, so I'm hoping for some new updates to their e-road bike.

I'm liking the look of the new Road E+1 Pro, gunmetal black looks very nice! Thankfully the 500wh battery is back with range extender capability and a new ridecontrol evo display which looks the part! Also an updated syncdrive pro motor! If I can get another job or win the lottery I might be interested, £4000 is a lot of money just to start with, no doubt the range extender or a spare battery will have a hefty price tag! Still no mention of a carbon frame but I like the alloy frames, I'm guessing it will still be around 44lbs like the old models!

EDIT : I see the battery is integrated, not sure if thats a good thing...

It's nice that Giant went with Ultegra shifter/brakes.
I'm a fan of Giant bikes (own a 2018 Defy Advanced Pro 0), but when it comes to producing a light carbon e-road bike they sure have fallen behind, compared to all of the big bike companies.
Giant really needs to bring out something to complete with the likes of the Specialized Creo.
