2012 Turbo S chainring casette and chain replacement

I need to replace my drivetrain. Have someone experience if a narrow wide chainring would work? Do i have to have a certain cassette and chain together with the narrow wide chainring?

Narrow wide is best. You can use any 10sp chain presuming you are staying with 10sp on the back. Chainrings are hard to find in 48T though. I bought mine on eBay.
