Welcome to the site.
If I understand you, you have standard rim brakes on the front, and an internal drum brake built into your electric hub in the rear. The only source of support for this electric hub with internal drum brake would be the manufacturer, or possibly the dealer if there was one. Internal brake is a pretty rare function for an electric hub. I've been looking at them for two years on amazon ebay etc and I've never seen a hub drive with internal drum brake.
If the frame has a mounting point and the rims are substantial, it is possible that you could mount a brake caliper on the rear. However many cheap rear hubs have a plastic wheel not suitable for stopping with rubber pads on the rim.
As having one wheel front brakes only is a bit dangerous, it may be time for a new bike. One from a manufacturer who has a bigger market share than this one.

I agree, riding with just a front brake is very dangerous ! I see your model is sold by several Internet companies, one of which is Upzy.
They will not provide any support, based on various posts on EBR. Good luck

Hmmmm..... it is a step thru. Came with a wire basket. 6 speed, 250watt hub motor. Very cheap.

Here's their website. MAybe you can buy a new expansion brake. Yikes, they actually use this crazy system.

Unless you have the lugs on the left side of the frame, you cannot fit disks. Unless you have two posts on the rear frame, you cannot use cantilever brakes. Maybe, you can fit side pull brakes if there is a hole in the frame aove the wheel. And if there isn't a hole, a good bike mechanic could add one and fit those brakes.
