1st e-bike conversion, talk me up, or talk me down!

One more pic. Think it's too slack? New head tube angle is 64 deg. Seemed fine on the ride to work and back today.

Oh, I've built a 2nd ebike for my son in the meantime. ; )

I'd strongly consider a reverts trike, with two wheels at the front, for your conversion. Check Top Gear footage of the Reliant Robin in action.
Makes a lot of sense, probably handle better,I like the 'Delta trike for hauling things. I considered putting smaller wheels in the back to maybe help with the tipping problem,I would sooner oversteer a bit than tip, I used to run a 621 Caterpillar scraper, it was 4 wheels and articulated behind the "tractor" part If you had the 'Bowl( part that held the dirt)
up high and turned that thing real sharp it would "nosedive" , rather thrilling till you got used to it, all you had to do to stop that behaviour was to "drop the bowl"
I like drifting, maybe I could drift the reverts trike a little? Actually, that configuration makes a lot of sense traction wise( something else to think about.)
