Rear fender clips

hi,
can anyone describe or have a picture of a properly installed rear fender support?
I thought I has it correct but apparently not.....

The clip is opened by using an allen key on the very top bolt. Once opened enough to fit/slide on to fender, leave as is and move on to attach the loop end to frame somewhat snug. Now loosen the second allen bolt down to slide clip up and down slightly to adjust for lenghth, tighten once satisfactory, then tighten the clip to fender. Repeat process for other side and then continue to tighten everything as you slightly bend the wire to straighten the fender. Hope this helps out. Also, I have the clips attached as far back on the fender as possible for stability.
