Torque spec for rear wheel hub on Trek Allant

Hi Folks, I just replaced an inner tube on the rear wheel of my Trek Allant+ 8 bicycle. I reinstalled the rear wheel and hand tightened the rear hub bolt so the wheel is secured to the frame. I looked on the internet and at the user docs that came with the bike, but I couldn't find a torque...

Trek brackets & hardware kit for Powertube battery (Allant bicycle)

Hi Folks, I've been using my allant+ 8s as my bike commuter and really like the bike. I've had it for about a year now and use it to do a 24 mile round trip commute to/from work. I recently ordered a spare Bosch 625 Powertube battery from my Trek retailer. I have the cover plate, but did...

Advice on L vs. XL sizes in Allant+

What sized winter tires for Trek Allant+ 8S (27.5" x 2.4" tires currently)

Mostly just the city and suburban roads. I'm just paranoid about hitting a patch of ice (which I have done in the past) and have read that marathons are good brands for winter commuting. I live outside of Manchester and will be commuting into Manchester.

    New Allant+ 8s owner!

Thanks for the tip @Alaskan ! I noticed today how hot the factory light was! I didn't originally realize it got so hot. I will have to check to see if I can turn it off (and ask the dealer to enable that option if I can't).

    New Allant+ 8s owner!

Here is a picture of the bike. I changed the factory seat out to some comfort seat that I found on Amazon. The factory seat seemed pretty comfortable, but I have found that this "comfort" seat really is more comfortable for me on longer rides (I don't wear bike pants - I normally just ride...

HI Folks, I'm new to this board, but have been reading the threads prior to my purchase. After doing a lot of research (including watching several YouTube videos from EBR which were super helpful) I bought an Allant+ 8s yesterday. I originally was thinking about a Specialized ebike, but I...
