    EMBT RAMBLAS? Thoughts?

I've watched a few reviews of this ebike, hoping that it was a possible purchase. But the motor seems to Whine - louder than I've heard any other motor whine. I had to write it off for that reason alone. It may be after a few generations, this issue could be resolved. And at that point...

Companies and ebike models that support or would facilitate upgrades - particularly with batteries or motors

Possibly, and that is likely what I would do. So, will it be easier to upgrade a watt wagon ebike than say a specialized ebike. I don’t know the answer to that. Primarily motor and battery being the key components that I would upgrade.

Companies and ebike models that support or would facilitate upgrades - particularly with batteries or motors

I support the company (WW) and the initiative, particularly to minimize the garbage we create for ourselves, though I think it would be costly upgrade if you are a distance away. In the U.S. shipping is still reasonable. Shipping from Canada to the US for upgrades and shipping it back gets...

    New Turbo Levo Announcement

I'm still a little confused. Will specialized be releasing a Turbo Levo Comp or Comp Carbon 2022 version - for instance, which presumably would be cheaper than the above priced ebikes, and perhaps modestly more expensive than the 2021 version. i.e. will they be releasing the lower cost...

    2021 Samedi 27 Xroad 3 - First 100 miles

I had been looking at Moustache ebikes so it's good to see a review. What distance are you getting out of the battery. I think they weigh a fair bit - trying to remember, how do you find their weight. How is the sound, going up and down hills, off road and on road. thx, Stuart

cool. I like the idea, though my current bike is pretty worn out and not of great quality. like the idea!

    ULTIMATE COMMUTER PRO - TITANIUM

I'd be interested in knowing how much further you can travel or how much battery you have left, if you don't use the throttle. It's a beautiful bike for sure.

Have you seen any newer belt drive ebikes coming to the market

Yes, priority current. That’s was the issue I had with it. Distance. Thx. Stuart.

Have you seen any newer belt drive ebikes coming to the market

Most of the ebikes I'd like to try would not be available to try around here. But I appreciate the thought. Watt, and Zen look interesting, and possibly on the cheaper front, the Gazelle C380 may be possible, along side the original ebike I was waiting for. The priority embark does not ship...

Have you seen any newer belt drive ebikes coming to the market

Hey Reed, I tried to price a commuter pro, but with shipping and exchange, it would have been the same cost to buy a Riece and Muller. Anyway, it was around $12K Canadian as I recall and felt a bit high. I'll look again.

Have you seen any newer belt drive ebikes coming to the market

I will check out your website, and try to understand pricing. Many US based companies don't price for Canada. Often an ebike company needs to buy components and assemble here, to get the price down, if it's just the US price plus the exchange and shipping, it can cost a bundle. Will follow up.

Have you seen any newer belt drive ebikes coming to the market

thx Marrduk24 nice ebikes. I had previously had my eye on the TR1 Speed, and was disappointed that it was not being sold in Canada. The Gazelle Ultimate C380 has a belt drive though it doe snot have the most powerful engine. Will do 35 miles minimum I understand. the others don't have a belt...

    Cube Compact Hybrid 20

I haven't read all the detailed posts yet, so forgive me if this has been answered, I thought I had read that the battery recharge time was 11.2 hours. Was that a misprint - on Court's review page? It can't take that long can it? And the one other question - and again, this might already be...

Have you seen any newer belt drive ebikes coming to the market

We're close on a decision re my wife and myself. We have a pair of nice ebikes on our site-line made by OHM, but what they do not have is a belt drive and gearless hub, if that is the lingo. I'm doing a final reckoning. I've seen the priority ebikes, there' nice - though perhaps can't go...

    Stolen Ohm Ebike North Vancouver

Not sure what i'm going to do about security. It's a crazy word we live in. Court was just robbed of a bike the other week if you google it - he made a video and shows how they cut the bars into the lower protected basement where his bike was multiple locked up and they still cut through them...

OHM Cruise - First 100km Impression (Shimano E6100 motor)

thanks so much for that response, I'll revisit re the security issues. Did not know that OHM doesn't have the bosses to mount the ABUS cafe lock. that's disappointing. I'll check my home policy. Is that $8K max, or per bike? ha. talk soon.
