I emailed them and had a response within a couple of hours and received 6 new free spokes in the post this morning. I'm hoping I can fit them onto the old nipple without too much bother, i'm itching to get back out on the bike.

I had my first spoke go on my 29" Moscow Plus a couple of days ago. I emailed Leoncycle customer services and they told me the required spoke sizes and mailed me some spares for free.

Yes email them and say you want the kit and they'll send you a paypal link to pay for it and they post it through.

It seemed to be between 2 and 4 weeks for delivery but that was during lockdown so it will probably be a bit quicker now.

That's right yes. Im not too familiar with bikes so i took it to a bike dealer to adjust the brakes and gears after delivery and they say it was fine when they had the bike. Im going to check this daily now.

Hey, i'm by no means an expert, but I believe this could be to do with the tension in your spokes. I've just had my Moscow Plus through this week and am taking it to my bike guy to check the brakes, gears, spokes and a few other bits out. Maybe worth doing if like me your not so savvy with bikes.

Hi StevieRay have you had any issues with the liner causing punctures? I was going to buy one of these on the back of seeing your post, but on amazon there were quite a few reviews about the liners pinching the inner tube and puncturing them. Have you had any experience of this?
