The only labels I could find at Bolton are the US version for labeling in MPH. I couldn't find anything for KPH used in Canada.

Which bike did you order? We have two of the Spark (previous company name) Mini's and really enjoy riding them, not a lot of km's yet but so far quite reliable and no nasty tendencies when riding.

I have had no issues with my mini so far, everything has stayed tight and aligned. I'm not sure of your question but I'll answer to what I think your asking... I have not hit a point yet that there isn't pedal resistance at any speed on level ground.

X2 on what antboy says. I don't think there is a big diference between the Spark and Rize mini either based on reading the spec on the webpages. Just a name change and the typical new model upgrades.

This customer service issue should be in it's own thread, there is important information for present and future customers that is otherwise buried in a name change thread.

Just ordered mine, thanks for sorting out the shipping to Canada. Didn't get the shipping deal but 10% off with email signup on first purchase certainly helped.

As I mentioned in the other thread, perhaps changing the existing forum name to a combination of both. Old and new are the Company and the same bikes, just different decals

Or possibly a RIZE forum with (SPARK) in brackets.

I've sent them an email to Rize Bikes asking the question of warranty, parts and service. they are still selling the sliverfish battery that fits the mini and the mini looks the same with a few new added features, so I don't think parts will be an issue moving forward. I will post what I hear...

I didn't add any on mine, your probably good for a few hundred kilometers before cleaning and re lubing.

I have the suntour SP 12 NCX on mine, it's very comfortable. I also prefer the tire pressure to be on the higher side for a more stable ride, I tried them softer and the ride was quite mushy. But then again the same thing happens when I off road with aired down tires on my truck.
