You might also check your derailleur. There's a lever to take the tension off the spring. This is to make it easier to remove the wheel. The last time I worked on my bike, I forget to re-tension the spring, and figured out the problem after I threw off my chain a couple of times.

My rear rim cracked at the valve tube opening. I replace with a larger 25mm rim, DT Swiss E512. The rim cost $82. My bill with LBS was $222 before tax, including wheel build, new spokes, and rim tape.

Anyone using Schwabe Super Moto X in a Giant E+. These tires are spec'd at 2.4" -- I'm wondering if there is enough clearance for the E+. I'm also considering the Schwabe Big Ben (2.0") My bike came with the Schwabe G-One, and I'm considering changing to a tire tread designed for street use.

What tire did you end up buying?

You might consider going tubeless. If you fill them with a couple ounces of latex, small holes are self healing.

I tried out the suggestion to hold down the light button to turn on the lights. It seems to require that you depress the button for 3 seconds or so before the lights come on. I quite agree with Mtl_Biker that I prefer to ride with the lights always on, and would much prefer that the lights...

Have a Quick E+. Today I connected to the Ridecontrol App and was advised that I needed to update firmware. The update seemed to go fine. However, I can no longer turn on the lights. Anyone with similar experience?

The redesigned camelback is an improvement over the old design. The spout has been redesigned to make it easier to clean. However, the bottle is not quite as flexible. -- I would buy it again.

I wanted to attach my Tigr bike lock to the frame and needed another set of bottle cage mounts. I installed 5mm rivnuts to the the underside of the top tube. I could also use this mount for a water bottle. However, I think it would be preferable to mount a water bottle on top of the tube. If...

I had this issue before the the firmware update. Will have to wait and see if any change after recent update.

I opened Ride Control and it immediately asked me to update firmware. The whole process took about 1/2 hour. The UI for the app has been redesigned, but I didn't see any new functionality.
