Can't agree with the 'display whilst riding' part, I find it clear, easy to read, and shows everything I need.

I've given up on the thing completely now. I bought a Garmin watch, and use the Garmin Connect app instead, works perfectly, (take note Bosch).

Yea, it gives 340% assistance, but the power (watts), is the same.

The gen 4 cx isn't any more powerful or faster than the gen 3.

Would depend on how you ride, if you only ride on roads/paths, then definitely overkill, but if you're doing serious downhill, that's a different story.

To be fair, what did you think would happen? It's paint, if something constantly rubs against it, it's gonna wear off.

I've also got a Charger with the enviolo hub (limited to 15mph, I'm in the UK). But I didn't choose it for speed, I bought it because I wanted a smooth, quiet, clean and virtually maintenance free drivetrain. (and it delivers that perfectly). If anyone wants to ride fast, this is not the right...

I think most manufacturers fit cheap pedals, (or none), to their bikes, because they know they are a very personal thing, and most people will change them. First thing I did was change the pedals on my charger, for some DMR V8s, great pedals. Got them in white to match the bike, they look awesome.

Did you follow the steps in my other post? Sometimes I have to connect to the Kiox several times before any data appears in the app, you could try syncing again, also, it seems like you need a good internet connection for it to work.

I think Bosch need to have a long hard look at this, the whole thing seems very hit and miss, sometimes my rides show up straightaway, other times, I have to re-connect to my Kiox 2 or 3 times.

Connect your Kiox with the app via Bluetooth, obviously keep your phone (or whatever the Connect App is installed on) with you while riding, at the end of you ride, remove the Kiox from your bike WITHOUT turning it off, the display will turn itself off after a few minutes. Then your ride data...

Depends on your display type, I've got the Kiox, on that you just scroll to the settings, and all the info is there.

Very comprehensive ?, still not sure where that leaves me though, as my software is a newer version ?
