I can't see how one would "align" a chain on a single chainring. Do you mean "clock" the links on the chainring as depicted on the sticker?

791mm is 31.14 inches. Agreed it, does seem a little high for a "small" frame.

Has anyone got any info on the 2021 Creo SL Carbon Comp re changes and availability? I thought I read somewhere that 2021 versions would have mode selector switches on the handlebars. Is that the only changes for 2021 models and when they might be available? My LBS has 2020 models, I wonder...

I could never give up riding these or any of their stable mates. E-bikes are great but there's something about an old steel race bike that can't be matched.

A 46x11 is a 110 inch gear; at 110 rpm that's right at 36 mph. I have a smaller "big gear" on my analog race bikes and never find myself looking for more (50x12, 108 inches).
