Sad, Nyon '21 is likely doomed and needs sooo much more development to make its navigation usable. This will split budgets and internal advancement of older platforms will slow to a crawl.

Thanks for posting Court! I'm most worried that Nyon '21 development will cease, the device/launch is a disaster here in the US and needs significant development to make usable.

If you need a tester here in NYC, please let me know, I am shocked the last update made it out the door, I work in tech and manage a large team of devs, many people would have been looking for new jobs had that happened on my watch.

I just received the new update, lets just say it is now routing me over a ferry to get to Manhattan from Brooklyn. I did not think it could get any worse but sadly, hilariously, it is much much worse!!!

Wholely agree! It is the worst piece of tech I've used in a while! Loops to get back to where it thinks you should start, I thought I was in the twilight zone! Scrap this feature until drastically overhauled as it will cause either injury or at the very least, a total waste of time for anyone...

Any news on the Nyon navigation problem? Had an incident where my phone screen was broken but the phone still functioned and was tethered to my Nyon. I tried to use the Nyon navigation to get home on my bike and it was a disaster! I'll update this thread with details later but just immediately...

Any update here? Nyon Navigation is the worst thing I've ever used. About to launch the biggest online campaign against this service ever, its that bad!!! Pictures, video, whatever it takes, Nyon Navigation will get people killed!!!

Bosch said they know what the problem is and I'm guessing they need to adjust their map provider api settings to include the bike path info. I believe they are using OpenStreetMap which does capture bike data and correctly routes over bike lanes/shared roads when you route from the website...

Stick with Kiox (or whatever you have) plus phone or Garmin nav until the Nyon navigation issue is fixed. I made Bosch aware of the issues here and hopefully they are resolved soon. Nyon also does not have an active USB charging port for your phone (or alternative GPS device) like Kiox does...

Check that the rear wheel is aligned properly. My Rohloff with quick access skewer gets misaligned from heavy breaking during rides and I have to re-seat the wheel (loosen skewer and push wheel fully back in place) from time to time.

I think bike shops have a little play here and can adjust +/- 2 km/h, also wheel circumference, from my understanding, is an additional micro-adjustment you can make. I have struggled with this since becoming an R&M customer and have yet to receive clear definitive info on this from my LBS
