When we ride together it’s really tough to talk back and forth. I did a general search and saw helmets with mic and speakers built in . One company mentioned was Sena. Has anyone used a helmet system and have any recommendations?

My wife’s mini step thru Brake levers are a problem. She says that the brake lever reach is not comfortable for her smaller hands. Is there an adjustment here that I could do, to bring the lever closer to the handlebar? Thanks

Well, for the short term I’m holding off on a new post and seat. I removed the seat from our trek tandem and put it on the rad post. The seat gave me the extra small height I needed for now. The seat is cushier and with the larger height rails, I gained over an inch.

We just bought two rad minis. I’ve assembled both and love them. I am 5’8 and I have the post adjusted right up to the line. Then it says (Warning-dont raise higher or something to that effect). I could use about another inch higher adjustment. There is a lot of tubing still in the frame...

You are probably right. Mods can be changed later. I had no appropriate ties at the moment and used what was on hand. I’m waiting for warmer weather right now. I assume I’ll still be social distancing when riding.

Are you able to make some extras at local stores, or are the blanks proprietary?

What type of pack are you using on your rack. It looks great. Is it fairly tight and sturdy? Also, we had considered putting bottle mounts on the bike, but thought perhaps they would greatly hinder entrance and exit. Do you find that your lock mount does that? Neat idea I think.
