You might want to try a folding bike. They are smaller and they can fit in your trunk so you won't need a hitch or a bike rack. Saving on the hitch and bike rack will allow you to buy a better ebike. Just a thought.

The Priority Current ships as a Class 1 ebike. You can change it to 28 mph in the settings, if you want.
