Yeah, I have watched that video. He does his demo on a hard tail charger, not a full suspension bike with a tensioner.

The 2020 Superdelite kickstand has 40mm bolt spacing which is uncommon...not very many 40mm kickstand options out there. This is frustrating. Looks like I will need to modify my current kickstand as others have done.

I've had no problem climbing steep grades with my Vario. I really like being able to "shift" the Vario under load with zero pause in power delivery...I have, at times, wished for a higher gear at speed.

Marc. Have you tested that fix? What luck? What type of material did you use for the "cushion"?

I got one from Propel bikes! Only the 500Wh cover for the top tube was available now...gotta wait a bit for the downtube's 625Wh cover. Propel is an awesome outfit. I contacted them (Kyle Nolte), inquired, ordered and received the cover...all while waiting for my local R&M dealer to get back...

It's not just us....common with the Pletscher. I tired marcparnes o-ring fix from post 166. It worked for a time...I have gone through 2 o-rings so far.

Lots of rattles from my kickstand yesterday on a relatively smooth gravel ride. It even deployed once when I hit a bump. Not good.
