How accurate is the percentage on Mission Control? Who knows. On my turbo levo I look at the lights. I agree, ride it. What's 3 percent? When my bike gets below 50 percent I charge it depending on the length of the planned ride.

I have a turbo levo and great service from my lbs. Your shop should be able to diagnose the brake problem. Have you questioned the training of the tech? I would take the bike to another Specialized dealer.

I had a similar problem on a Turbo Levo. It was the cable from the battery to the motor. The problem was resolved by the third tech that tried to fix the bike. No one, including me had noticed a problem with the plug to the battery.
