You will have to contact Enviolo customer service as this glitch during "calibration" after blue tooth set up is a known issue that will require a download from them.

    Enviolo vs Rohloff E14

The Harley Davidson Serial 1 Speed, is an exceptionally well designed Ebike bike, but, information concerning the Enviolo Automatiq hub is quite limited, as you and many others have learned. My thoughts are based on a very short relationship with the Enviolo Automatiq. I’ve spent all my...

    Enviolo vs Rohloff E14

I have the enviolo automatiq on my Harley Davidson Serial 1. I’ve been riding bikes for 55 years and have owned a rohlloff on a tout terrain but there is just something weird about setting a cadence and never shifting… at times I feel lost to the technology doing too much for me.

When is an e-bike not a bike? (article)

Personally I'd like an e-bike that goes sooooo fast i can stay in front of the car crawling up my back on my morning commute. I'd also like to be able to change the motor/battery on that same e-bike to allow me to pedal leisurely down a rails to trails bike system. Oh well... can't have it...

    2021–2022 Riese & Müller Homage

My method to lower and raise my homage is much much easier - at stops I let the air out of my tires and just add fresh air before I take off again. Actually my homage won’t be built till February 2022, but I’ve enjoyed reading and learning from everyone - it would seem I should ask propel to...

    New Serial 1 RUSH/CTY Speed

Serial 1 city speed, like other E-bikes in it's class, is called a class 3 pedalec, which means the motor is only allowed to assist you up to 28 mph before it drops out. In reality, the algorithms of most e-bike class 3 manufacturers actually cause the Class 3's to drop out motor assistance...

    New Serial 1 RUSH/CTY Speed

I enjoyed my Trek Super Commuter 8 for two years but being a Harley Guy i just had to pull the trigger on a City Speed. I'm still in the process of setting it up to my liking... Suspension seatpost, Selle 209 seat, mirrors, pedals, water bottle holder, different grips , Ortlieb Panniers, etc...

    Used Supercommuter 8 advice request

I own a super commuter 8 S and they are a fine bike, but, lacking in suspension. a good seat post w/suspension and stem with shock absorbtion will take care of that. Price at 3K is fair providing the battery and bike have not been mistreated.

Is Bosch off on its speed calculations?

@Bruce Arnold - folks seem to misinterpret my intent. I am NOT upset. I, as a consumer demand truth in advertising. If Bosch would simply advertise the truth 26 mph cutout or 43 kph all good. Same for Trek. Why lie? Why overstate? Why manipulate the consumer?

Is Bosch off on its speed calculations?

@tompat - this vehicle report intrigues me for another reason as well: Maximum assistance factor of 2.8? 2.8 of what? part of me wonders if this is where someone is getting the 28 # from? long shot but info would be helpful. thanks in advance.

Is Bosch off on its speed calculations?

@John from Connecticut - it would seem that ANY consumer as a RIGHT to truth in advertising. My pleasure is not at issue - the facts are at issue. I think responsibility rests with the maker of an item to properly list what something will or wont do...PERIOD. The public needs to hold...

Is Bosch off on its speed calculations?

Based on what I have learned and some input from others: how does this make you feel? To know that a major part supplier / manufacturer is knowingly telling you/me something they "KNOW" to be false. To KNOW that the downstream bike manufacturer then REPEAT the lie - in my case TREK. I do...
