The Flow and Sport aren't known in this part of Wisconsin. But them someone added Expin as the marketer. "Expin.com" works. The two dealers said they still wouldn't service them and I wouldn't buy one. They put the controls on the wrong sides, have only a little paddle 'throttle' that routs...

How can an owner get replacement parts for a Natko Steady? Amazon doesn't cover that or warranty.

I had similar issues with Rad Power and Nakto. The sales and payment is all they are interested in. The local shops start at $2500 for basic bikes.

Is there any coverage for other controllers? EBR highly rates Rad Power and Nakto but it seems they are as bad as I have found. Rad takes orders and money but never delivers. Nakto passes off warranty coverage to AMAZON. Both are the same bikes but no name of the controller. Just Chinese. Rich
