At least you got yours. They were very happy to get my order. Very happy to get my money. But, not happy to ship. It's been 18 months and they don't answer e-mails or phone.
But I still get offers and they still get high REVUES.
So you've never dealt with them. No order number just a thank you and a charge on my American Express. Followed by excusses because of Covid-19 and finally a nasty refusal to ship.
All I get now are a lot of advertisements.
Is that how they do it in your country?

Oh yeah I've dealt with them. And like every single system in the entire world that processes payments online, there is an order number associated with every single transaction, by law.
Remember you are supporting a Chinese company. In this country the laws have changed a lot over the past 4 years. Also good credit card companies don't put it on your bill until the seller supplies proof of shipment.
Right now I've been trying to deal with Nakto in California through AMAZON. It is totally dysfunctional. I got all negative results until I finally got contacted by the Chinese Company that makes both models. I am hoping it will be soon resolved. But not by American laws or business.
But you and yours can keep supporting them. Just don't send out all the negative reports.
Almost all bikes are built in China. Rad Power are an American company. And all the major credit card companies settle online transactions immediately. They have no knowledge of shipment. I know this because I have done about a hundred systems contracts developing payment gateways.
If you have purchased something from a shady company in China with a shady payment system that has zilch to do with Rad Power.
