I usually don't leave my ebike locked up anywhere. I take it inside everywhere I go. I know that is not practical for everyone but I only use my ebike if I know I can park it securely inside.

Having a good warranty does not necessarily cost the company more if the product is good but it does instill confidence in the product by the customer

I think it looks cool. However, I already have several ebikes and 2 emotorcycles. They both have their place - ebikes when I go biking or mountain biking and emotorcycle when commuting or I just want to go fast. I don't think I need something like Suru which is a hybrid of both.

Can't you get cheap and good and if you do it's most likely fake. Best to buy batteries from a reputable distributor and pay a fair price

If shipping to US and you're ordering off Alibaba, you have to add $500 or more for shipping on top of the price they give you. I did email Frey asking for a price and shipping cost I'll let you know.

Polaris killed their ebike line (now PIM) and also their electric motorcycle line. Both poorly marketed and executed. Quite disappointing.
