I never use any tools to get the tire back on. I have a big guy who lives a few doors from me. If I’m having trouble I take it to him and the both of us working get it on.

I took mine off because my bike rack hook goes over my front tire.

I wrapped “ stick to itself” Velcro around my battery tube. Easy to remove if you want to get at the battery.

I have the same bike. If yours is medium them we have exactly the same bike. I have a few glitches with COBI but otherwise it is a great bike.

I followed your instructions and it shut off. The key seemed to be closing the app by swiping up on the iPhone. I was placing the iPhone upright, hold my finger like instructed, but not closing the app .

I cannot turn my lights off. The software is set so they must stay on. I just talked to the shop. He said the rear light should blink. Never did. On my buddies bike the front and rear both blink. Same bike. Crazy.
