2018 CX with 5000km. ERROR code on the controller during a long steep dry uphill that I have done a lot. All functions worked but no power to the cranks. Back down the mt a few kms and voila! Power back on and operating normally.

Finally broke through... Tried to just swap out my chain after 4000+ km. Didn't work out... Had to get a new cluster AND the front gear ring. Which, was way out of round. Not sure if changing chain sooner would help. Got some good mileage out of the original drive train regardless

Update: Local dealer that I bought the bike from has to order in so... Getting a couple shipped in from Spain ffs...

Same sort of situation with me. Been riding (pedal) mt bikes since the mid 80s (I am mid 50s). Bought a hardtail Cube Reaction, love it. Climbing hills is not a problem anymore. 'expensive'? yes. This is my first EMTB. Won't be my last, for sure.
