    Light for Moscow plus

Hi, Thanks for your reply. My light has a beam cut off as well. And, can stay at 1500 lumens (highest setting) until battery charge dies. Sounds like I should keep my light and just find a bracket that will allow me to centre it on my handlebar. Thanks again.

    Light for Moscow plus

Hi, I saw a post where 2 Fenix lights were mounted on the handlebar, beside the display screen on each side. Looked impressive but my concern is that it did not appear to leave enough space to mount a go pro or similar camera. I purchased an Olight r n 1500 that is highly rated, 1500 lumens max...

    Olight rn 1500

Hi, Had anyone compared the cate eye volt 800 to the olight r n 1500 headlights? Seems the o light is brighter and has excellent reviews. Thank you!

    O light r n 1500

Hi, Just purchased but curious if anyone knows about an extended mount bracket so that I can install light in front of my Moscow Plus centre position display. Because light has a mount that requires a twisting motion to install and remove, the included handlebar mount needs to be installed...

    Handlebar mount for Go Pro

Hi, I would appreciate any recommendations regarding a secure handlebar mount for a Go Pro camera. Also, is it better to mount on a helmet or handlebar? My preference would be the handlebar in order to leave my helmet free andI would think it would be more secure on the handlebar. One other...

    Charging camera via bike battery

Thank you for your reply...most appreciated! You mentioned that an aftermarket battery door is needed re charging while riding. Forgive my ignorance, as I have yet to open my Go Pro 7, but is it not possible to connect the USB cable from the camera’s USB port to the battery USB port? I thought I...

    Charging camera via bike battery

Hi, Curious if anyone has charged a camera via the bike battery USB port. My Moscow Plus, like many bikes, has a USB port near the top of the battery housing. Can a Go Pro be charged using that USB port? And, will much battery drain occur? Thanks!!

    Bike cameras

Thank you! I finally have decided to buy a Go Pro 7 Black...an extra $180.00 (camera and 1 battery only) but likely well worth it in the long run. Seems that 7 model is rated better than their 8 or current 9 models that of course costs much more. Thanks to all who offered suggestions...most...

    Bike cameras

Hi, Thanks for all the suggestions...most appreciated! Tons of reviews that can cause more confusion than anything. I certainly tried to read reviews with a critical perspective. Nonetheless, that process can be exhausting! I fully agree with comments that the less you pay, the cheaper and...

    Bike cameras

Thanks, but the cost in BC is around $400.00 for that camera. I would like to keep below $100.00 Canadian, if possible.

Securing extra battery to Moscow Plus

Hi, Thank you. I think it might be best to check with a local ‘good’ bike shop so that they can see my bike in person. I do not want to significantly change handling characteristics. And, re an extra battery, certainly a trade off re weight and convenience. I wish there were much lighter...

Securing extra battery to Moscow Plus

Hi, I recall reading that long time member John Peck rigged a battery support holder to carry an extra battery. He is obviously very talented. Any suggestions would be appreciated. And, the pros and cons of carrying that extra 9 pounds. Also, would the 48 volt 18 amp be much better than the 16...

Max speed without using any power/battery assist

Thank you! I recently reached 62.4 kph...perhaps a little faster, as my eyes were tearing and I could not read the speedometer after I read 62.4. Of course, at that speed I was most preoccupied with keeping steady and looking at the road. Also, I typically do not like any speed over 45 to 50, as...

Max speed without using any power/battery assist

Hi, Curious if anyone has been able to go past 59.9 kph on the Moscow Plus without using any battery assist (down a steep hill). I seem to get capped at 59.9 kph on my speedometer. Cannot surpass that despite what I think is a higher speed I am travelling at down a steep hill. Thanks!

    Shifting issue

Hi, My Moscow Plus shifts from the low (small front chain ring) to the large (third), missing the middle or second chain ring. But, when shifting from large ring down to second, then to first or small chain ring, there is no problem. Problem occurs only when trying to shift from low ring to...

Raise Handlebars on NCM Moscow Plus

Hi, I have read where one person had the Decooler riser split in half! I know, it was only one person, but still alarming. I would like to raise my Moscow Plus handlebar about 3 to 4 inches. I am 6’3 and recently experienced considerable back pain (as well as some hand and wrists pain) after a...

    Moscow Plus 29 inch recommendations

Hi, First, thanks for your very informative video reviews. They were a major reason why I chose to buy a 29 inch Moscow Plus ebike. To be helpful to others, I suggest the following: 1) Be very careful regarding size of bike. I am 6’2.5” tall, 220 pounds and thought the 29 inch would be more...
