Bummer you couldn't put on the chain keeper off the new bikes. My 2016 base model never drops the chain. If you are trying to smooth out the ride try some better tires. Schwable tires have transformed by bike. So much faster and smoother. I'm running Energizer Pros. Thudbuster works well too.

The seat light is removable I believe.......just from looking at it. It would be a matter of adapting it to your existing seat. I changed my seat post to a Thudbuster, the wire that is routed through the post unplugs below the post in the frame. There is enough extra wire to easily get to it...

I'm pretty sure I heard the guy from Specialized that gave Cort the tour said that all of the Turbo batteries are compatible. Weather you can buy it from Specialized is another matter. If you find out please let us know.

That's exactly how I have been discribing my 2016 Turbo base model. How's the suspension seat post? I've been using the Thudbuster which I like, but I need to rebuild it already, just over a year old. About 4k of road miles and I'm only 150lbs..... I guess I'm not thrilled with its durability...
