e-bike insurance in Vancouver, BC, Canada?

Then it appears you have decided to endure and put up with your "condo problems". If you can't get insurance for an ebike that is stolen from a condo locker, you may want to budget yourself for a regular replacement of ebikes when the theft occurs.

    Looking for a little advise.

This is completely false with no facts or references. Bike toddler seats are usually sold as kits with the proper pannier rack. The Axiom Streamliner DLX can support up to 110lbs and I have personally tested this. Do trust "Thule" over some "New Member".

e-bike insurance in Vancouver, BC, Canada?

Since you are here in the forums, it looks like you are real passionate about owning an ebike. You'll need to decide if keeping your property is worth all the problems you need to dance with said ebike. This is akin to a pet lover that's living in a place that doesn't allow pets. You can fight...

    Need suggestions for tire replacement

"cheapest" is a word not good for ebike tires. Pay attention only to ECE-R75 tires. If you don't know what that is, make sure you do know what it is. I believe Kenda calls theirs EMC. It's a tire that is surely "more" than a bicycle tire, and almost at par with a road legal motorcycle. I...

Leon Cycle Canada 16ah Battery for Moscow Plus

Not really. The majority of "buyers" still look only at price, then make the mistake by assuming their purchase will be all rainbows and unicorns and perfect. Can it work out? Yes. Maybe. So is winning russian roulette. But what will a buyer do when they get screwed?

Multiple chargers on one power point.

You're in luck, they made "The Cycle Satiator" just for that :D

Just me? So hard to pull trigger!

Consider this: It's already mid-May. Do you want to be enjoying an ebike like the rest of us right now, or wait until 2022?

Multiple chargers on one power point.

This has nothing to do with ebikes and everything to do with basic electronics. I wouldn't worry about overloading any wall sockets. Afterall, hotels/motels are made to allow all guests to use their hairdryers, even all at the same time. Slow charging is best for all batteries. I won't dive...

    Solution for bike-to-bike communication?

I love how this information has been lost between generations/millenials :) All you need is any radio (walkie talkie) that supports a "remote speaker microphone". No, you won't find it at a best buy. Really good (commercial grade) ones take care of things like wind noise and other backgrounds.

That's obvious. Re-read what I wrote, you will clearly see how I support a distribution channel on a proper supply chain.

    Ebike purchase- Request advise

Dude, life is short. I just know I have done a whole lot of wonderful things with my ebike during the past few months :)

Are there any "high end" ebikes with a 500 watt motor?

The point I'm trying to get across is that their motors are so optimized, they only need 250W of power to run them. This implies a lot of other important things, like lifespan longevity and battery consumption.

Are there any "high end" ebikes with a 500 watt motor?

The biggest enemy to a motor is heat, and more current means more heat. You'll see a lot of mid drives at 250W which is plenty, and that motor will never overheat no matter what you put it thru. Sure you can drive 500W thru that same motor, just like you can inject NOS has into your 4-cylinder...

Are there any "high end" ebikes with a 500 watt motor?

You actually have no idea what a motor's "watt" is, other than that they say it is. It's usually not the motor. It's the controller that pumps the current into the motor. I can take a 100w incadensant bulb and pump 150w into it and watch it glow pretty, but I wonder how long it will last...

Leon Cycle Canada 16ah Battery for Moscow Plus

There is no chance in hell I will deal directly with a Chinese seller. I enjoy paying NCM/Leoncycle generously for middleware support. When something goes wrong, they do take care of it. The Chinese seller may or may not work out, assuming they actually ship something to you at all. Not sorry...

my juggernaut ultra FS struggles (LBS CAUSED 99%)

Biktrix is basically two partnered LBS shops with their own brand. I would definitely buy from them if I was local to their locations, but long distance relationships just don't work here.

my juggernaut ultra FS struggles (LBS CAUSED 99%)

This is what exactly happens when a LBS (like Biktrix) goes nationwide on mail order. That gets them more sales volume, but unable to provide value added support to those that aren't local. Question is: would you recommend a non-local to purchase from them?

The Ole Hand Squeeze Tire Pressure Gauge

Yup, and keep it up. It's your expensive ebike. It's your ECE-R75 tire. It's your health and safety. Folks are still driving cars with 4 mismatched tires...
