Really??? The reason they say that and every other company is to prevent getting sued or blamed for something that may or may not have been the fault of the ebike... ie someone getting on their bike right out of the box without first checking it to make sure every thing Is working correctly...

I have mine set up so the pas starts after half a revolution and I never use the throttle. Not sure maybe the newer Lectric's are locked for this setting now...

An 11-34 freewheel is a major improvement on this bike and a simple change. You don't need to change the derailleur or the chain. Just install and adjust. It's much better for high speeds and lower..

Changing the freewheel to a 34 tooth for this issue helps ...

That would make it fray more

Mine are a bit frayed but I'm not really worried about it..You can order online or from your lbs if your concerned and squeeze on your self with plyers or wire cutters

It’s adjustable and needs to be tightened. There’s a little screw on the inside of the latch that can be tightened a little and you’ll be good to go.

We have snuck our bikes in to many hotels and resorts by putting them in our totes on a suitcase trolley and putting a blanket over them and rolling them in to our rooms..Safe and sound..

I agree..You can probably get rid of the brake pulsation by"adjusting" the rotor though..IE: lightly bend it where needed...There are videos online to show how to do that as well..common adjustment. I wouldn't worry about the bike falling apart on you though. I just hit 3000km with very little...

I do not believe this is normal... I would suggest filming it and contacting Lectric and showing them to see what they say. I have four Lectric XP ebike's in my family and none do this. It should not do this, just because it's an inexpensive bike this is not normal

I use mostly 1, 2 or no power...4th and 5th for a couple trails to scare myself...Your best bet with the noise in 6 and 7 gear is to watch some videos on tube on how to adjust your derailleur It may just be out of adjustment slightly. I only occasionally check things being loose. I did this...

It sounds like you need to look at why there's weird noices. There's obviously some things that need to be tightened and or adjusted. I have now over 2900km on mine with zero squeaks rattles or clunks. Those noisese you hear are an indication something is not right and not normal...These bikes...

I use mine off road quite frequently. The bike is built like a tank. You will quickly learn what you can and can't do off road. The bike won't get hurt before you do....You may find that the gearing is not low enough...I would suggest you get the 11-34 freewheel though...That helps all lot in...

Not at all...you put a sleeve on the inside of both seat posts and then make a few holes in the 2 posts that you are joining that you would weld..that would give it strength and still be smooth...for that matter have the weld on the exposed portion of the bike..be stronger than original..
