When cycling, do you like listening to music?

I know I sound like some doomster, but I was at a funeral on tuesday , lots of old friends my age havent seen for decades.
A large majority thought exactly the same, with the exception of 6" 6' Nick who takes his 5" 2' missus to boyband revival concerts and hes the one screaming.

I quickly realised he still had a spark inside and its the bleedin internet innit rotting our minds.

What music do you listen to when cycling? What song do you like to listen to?
I often wear Bluetooth headphones to listen to music🎶
I do, streamed from Spotify (all genres), through my hearing aids (I’m old), only while touring in the middle of nowhere when the pedaling gets hard, never in town or where there is vehicular traffic. It acts like a new battery charge.

Never thought of hearing aids as audio playback devices, but it makes sense. Do they take Bluetooth audio from your phone?

It acts like a new battery charge.

Do you actually pedal in sync with the music, or just listen to it as background? I ask because I find that I get the biggest energy boost from pedaling in sync with a playlist carefully curated for that purpose.

Sorry, I'm with @6zfshdb on this: I really don't want other peoples' music mucking up my soundscape. And I don't want or need their help in finding new music.

Tried some Techo Funk and Freestyle this morning, and it's no more my cup of tea than my music would likely be yours.

The win-win is dead simple: We all keep our music to ourselves in public. If it's really about enjoying the music and not about posing, that shouldn't be a problem.
I get it.

But it's 3 seconds at most of "punishment". And that's the price they pay for safety... we all know how many people have stepped into our path as we pass even with bells ringing. One time a lady was walking straight down the middle towards us and we had to split right and left.

Not your preferred music is nothing... I think seeing some bikers in spandex is more offensive. :)
