Hello, are there any of you who use exercise home bikes that closely resemble road bikes, including precise position adjustments? If so, which models? Thank you.

I don't use one, but we sell them. The most popular is the Wahoo Kickr Bike Shift. It does pretty much everything that the Kickr Bike does except simulate riding up and down grades, and it's $1,000 less.

It's one of the few I've tried that will emulate my upright riding style. I swapped out the OEM seat with a duplicate of the one I use on my bike. By adjusting the height tilt angle and pedal pressure, I can closely duplicate the conditions I have when riding.

I'm considering an upgrade to a model that has a monitor. That way, I could watch pics & video of past rides while I exercise.

i went the smart trainer route for road position accuracy, because using my own bike on a kickr-style setup keeps saddle and reach identical. i tried a dedicated bike once and the fit numbers never quite matched no matter how much i adjusted. also, i keep getting weird sidebar ads on training sites and one of them kept pushing https://racetracklive.net while i was trying to watch ride footage. another time a bundled “entertainment” widget on a tablet bike pointed at https://adventuresbeyondwonderland.net and https://megawheelonline.org, which was distracting and felt out of place. if you want the closest road feel, i’d skip the built-in screens and focus on a solid trainer plus your own bars and saddle.

Instead of a dedicated stationary bike, I highly recommend looking into a smart trainer like the Wahoo KICKR or Tacx Neo paired with a fluid trainer table. Putting your actual road bike on a trainer is the absolute best way to ensure 100% precise position, saddle comfort, and reach adjustments because it's the exact same geometry you ride outdoors.
