Show us pictures of where you ride your ebikes!

I would run a fence in front, skip the mower, and add some sheep. There are thousands of acres/hectors of rolling hills in NZ that are like perfect putting greens because of sheep. Then you get free BBQ instead of paying for mowing.

How did Washington and Jefferson maintain their rolling lawns? With automatic fertilization and evenly dispersed pellets, all for free. Then comes the marinated ribs and tender chops.

Felt like I could try a first "real" ride since hospital. Did a bit of gardening in the morning and decided I could try to pull off a run to Mud bay.
Left around 11am in shorts and a t-shirt with a temp of 17C, so a tad brisk in the shade but perfect in the sun.

Enter here...

The encroaching blackberries made it entertaining in short sleeves...

Perfect day...

Tall grass, and no puddles...

This BNSF train was halted and being visited by a couple of employees that showed up in a van...

Blackberries are getting tall too...

View of the train from an overpass. Went on for quite a bit behind as well...

Maybe the cyclist should move to the side a bit... freakin' road hog!

Tide in or out, it's good to be here...

Yes, it's dry...

NOT DEAD YET! 😁

There should be a lamb thread 😁
And with Dave's 'Mud Bay' maybe a clam thread. A buddy goes to a place called Bodega Bay that is close. It is where the movie 'The Birds' was filmed. He catches crabs from the beach with his brother and their families. The have a 23 liter pot of seawater over a wood fire that starts going as they start crabbing. Then the pile of crabs go in and the half-kilo of local grass-fed butter gets melted and the San Francisco sourdough gets toasted on the coals as the piss 'beer' bottles open, sweet corn goes in, and just as the sun is about to set at the golden hour, it is all ready. Start a lamb thread and I will join. The Māori's on NZ like to take a pile of lamb tails and put them into a pit of coals.

And maybe go to a dance club after, cuz ya know... "I left my heart in Lamb Clams Disco"...

Yeah we call beer piss down here too. I thought we invented the term? I've been to some hangi events, those pits of coal you pointed too. The Aussies make the best ones from my experience because the NZ boys have a nasty habit of tossing everything in there. Once they put Mullet in, a particularly muddy fish and everything that came out tasted like mullet 😡

Another one they didn't have enough coals and when it was dug up 5 hours later the meat was mostly raw. I was starving and took a roast size slab up to the kitchen -not my house- and watched over it like a hawk until I needed to go and have a leak. I came back and a girl was brooding over it. We shared it in the end but an hours a long time to wait when you're already starving! I wouldn't waste my time on one now.
