How many riders use a single wheel trailer for hauling stuff?

As the title asks, How many haul with a single wheel trailer?
Have any problems, any thoughts or suggestions to pass along?

Nine years ago I used a Burley Travoy trailer, which is two-wheeled, but I suspect you may have similar problems with a one-wheel trailer. I had to slow down, way down, when taking corners. Otherwise, the trailer would flip. I prefer using a cargo bike thiese days.
