Hi everyone...

Introductions... I am a Canadian, living in Saint Marys, Ontario. My wife and I purchased two iGo electric bicycles two years ago, a Discovery Atwater for me and a Discovery Berri for my wife. Yes we know iGo is bankrupt. I found this little bit of information back in July when I wanted to replace the display on my wife's bike because hers had stopped working. I'm here to get some help.

My name is George and my wife is Sue.

Does her bike still run with a dead display? If not, join the facebook Igo group, Maybe someone knows of a shop that still has parts,

I didn't know about the Facebook Group... I will check it out. Thanks for the tip.

Welcome aboard, George. If misery loves company, know that you’re not alone in seeing your bike company disappear. Mine (Juiced) went away just a few months after I bought my bike.

The good news is that if you like your bike(s) and want to keep it going, you’ll probably be able to find a way… if you can find parts that is. I don’t know iGo bikes, but if there’s interchangeable stuff between your two bikes, you might want to designate one as the donor. You might need to cannibalize one of them to keep going. That is if you’re willing to learn how to do simple parts swap maintenance. I bought a spare bike of the same type to have parts, and I have raided it extensively to keep my beloved bike going. I’ve also bought parts off of internet folks. I should note that I have ridden through some hairy conditions and I do not baby my bike in the slightest.

Welcome.
Read the little numbers on the back of the display and inspect the connector for its color and number and the position of the pins. Chances are that it is not proprietary and is not bike model specific. Then google those numbers and go to images to find the right display. Next find a seller, like on eBay.
