Issue with Biktrix Inverted Fork

Hey all. Writing because I'm having an issue with the Biktrix Inverted Fork and can't seem to debug it.

The shock seems to be rigid all the time. No matter where the lockout dial is (full anti, full clock, middle, etc), there is absolutely no compression on the forks.

I've tried a few things. Played with the rebound. Checked the air with a shock pump (set at 70). Still no go, won't compress at all.

One time when I connected the shock pump, when I released it a good bit of oil leaked out the air hole. This was well after I noticed the stuck fork but I thought that was odd nevertheless.

Any ideas on how I can get the fork to compress?

Email [email protected] and we'll send you a replacement fork if we can't help you debug it.

im having a problem with mine to. Attached the handle bar on the new juggernaut ultra fs pro3 with the stem tightened ( didnt even seem tighened really) (The fork was wobbly in the first place before putting the hanfle bar and that on) and the fork is wobbly and they don't seem to want to help me fix it and are offering only 50 dollars to take it to a bike shop. Where i live there is no bike shop only 950+ km away in quebec so that isnt very good. Not very happy with a brand new bike i can't ride, everything else seems to be good!! the dial seems to work good, the fork compresses good depending on the dial setting, the lockout for it works good, everything else seems good except whatever is going on with the fork top stem part and the loosness on the top and bottom where the Fork goes onto the bike frame.

Bearings are loose or worn or crap.
If it's a new bike most likely loose.
Watch this.....

Make sure your stem side bolts are loose before tightening the preload screw at the top center of the stem.
Doesn't need to be overly tight... Just snug so there's no movement when everything is tightened up again. The fork should spin freely

Awesome thanks alot for your help and the ppl at Biktrix, got it all sorted out and fixed now thanks to your help and my Dad fixing the starnut where its supposed to be. Now the battery dont fit very good on the downtube, only held together by 2 screws and its VERY close to the rear shock, you guys sent me the wrong size tires too their not 26 x 4" their 3.5, the bike got too much starting torque and is slow for a bike that supposed to have 1500w+ motor. im not very happy with it at all really, that bike isnt worth 4 grand canadian let alone close to 7000 for the full price................... i can see why that Roshan guy hasn't been on here for over a year..............
