What do you think?
Did you notice the torque specified for Amflow was 105 Nm?It will be interesting to see if bosch and shimano follow, could get a bit political.
Funnily enough it isnt the most powerful ever made, that was the 48v TQHPR fitted to the 2019 Haibike Flyon, but the dji beats it in boost mode
It's not just the powerful motor. It's the combination of high power, big battery AND low weight. That's the holy grail.Motor goes up to 11
I think the amazement for power in lower settings is a bit silly, any motor can be tuned to do that
Apples to apples: The Vado SL 2 Carbon non-EQ is 16 kg (with a 520 Wh battery). Amflow is a carbon fibre e-bike, too. With the version with a 600wh battery it's just 19.4kg - lighter than the new Vado SL 2!
It's not a competition Stefan ffs. Put your specialised hackles down.Apples to apples: The Vado SL 2 Carbon is 16 kg (with a 520 Wh battery).
Yes of course. Like any brand. So far what I read on EMTB forums is the warranty service seems good. Long term we'll have to see. I'm impressed they have asked for riders with complaints to contact them on the forums and have a designated thread for just that called:No it is not.
We have to learn of longevity of Amflow, potential glitches, and long term brand support yet.
yes, its 120 in boostDid you notice the torque specified for Amflow was 105 Nm?
There drone warranty and support does seem to be quite epic.Yes of course. Like any brand. So far what I read on EMTB forums is the warranty service seems good. Long term we'll have to see. Hello! I'm loving my Amflow PL Pro (XL) so far - I've had the bike since late November. However, I went out last weekend and came back with a broken rear spoke. I can see they're SAPIM E-Light Straightpull, but I'm uncertain about which length to look for. Any advice on spoke length (my broken...www.emtbforums.com
So at least they are making an effort & keeping customers updated about firmware updates etc and where to take bikes that have problems. As you'll see on that thread. Wish more brands would be as communicative.
Also maybe ask or check with someone who has used DJI drones for a number of years if the warranty on those is ok? I know nothing about drones but they may be new in this ebike space but I do know they are not new in technology, being world leaders in drone tech which dwarfs e bikes.
My curiosity is not so much for the emtb they have made but as I say, whether they'll be making a smaller lower powered system?
Also they are selling the motor system to other manufacturers, 2 at least so far apparently.
It does seem to bode well. I wonder if the delay in launching in US is because they were aware of possible tariffs (Now landed of course) & because of the drone/spying issue over there? Heard the Ford CEO recently on a podcast talking about Chinese EVs and how fantastic they are! Said he'd driven his daughter around Europe in one to test it. Seems the Chinese are very far ahead with battery tech. There drone warranty and support does seem to be quite epic.
Thousands of people have lost or damaged drones, sent the logs in to prove the drone crashed itself and get free repair or replacement.
You rarely read complaints about lack of response.
