hi update... my stage 4 prostrate cancer is now in most of my bones ,and having tried a few options of 3 lots of tablets looks like its going to have its way ..turned down chemo as it would not be a lot of benefit, poss a few extra months but in those few months i would be bad as a dog .saw...

just to let you guys know I'm still around... just health has took a bit of a dive .... so no cycling since june 😭😭 ,back at hospital to see the consultant end of this month.to see what can be done.

update .... all went well both cams i had no trouble at all 😄😄 found nothing just the chance i my be a slight bit Anaemia . got to get tabelts see how it progresses 👍

this is correct......... Perhaps a method to discourage motorbikes from using the pathway mine dont fit but i just lift the bike over where the horse`s step over its a pain but not a real hardship ...lol

its been 3 week's since i was last out ,but i woke to the sun in the sky and forecast of poss 4 hours before the rain/snow was due plan was to head to the coast,... but not my usual way as that would be very wet + muddy used part a route from Komoot and ncn14 which i have been wanting to try...
