Yes I spliced a 2 pin waterproof connector into the power cable. It's neatly hidden under the rack. I routed the cable through the hole that used to have the dropper post cable before soldering the connector on. The splices were sealed with adhesive lined shrink tube.
I found the high beam...
Make sure these two screws are flush. When I first got the bike I had the same issue. The screws were very slightly proud so I tightened them and since then absolutely no problems.
My eyes have aged the same. When out on the bike I wear safety glasses that have 'reader' lenses. I can see my Kiox and the outside world. Have a look at 'voltx safety' on Amazon... (there are lots of other makes). To read I use x2.5 reading glasses, but on the bike... well I first used x1.5...
The Connect app tells me that there is a new update for Nyon and Kiox but when I go to Check for software update it returns Failed to check for update (7). The bike and app are connected ok. Anyone come across this before?
I agree with you regarding a taller frame on the rack and think that just an inch would make all the difference in getting a better angle on the seat tube.
That's the leaver for the ball hitch clamp. I must admit I never considered that something with the same name could be entirely different in other territories.
