I agree. However, I use the folding feature often and like the protection. Without the guard, I'd have to lookout for the derailleur every time. Peace of mind.

I'd changed a flat and noticed my rear lugs were only finger tight. Also the real derailleur guard's mounting plate was slightly twisted & bent. This was pushing the derailleur mount 'out' forcing the chain off of the chainring in the XP's highest gear. So, now that the derailleur mounting plate...

All tires unavailable or sold out. Too bad the US doesn't make these things. Oh well, not going to get bummed out. Just accept it.

I adjusted the setting for less revolutions before the motor kicks in and let me tell you. I'll be setting@ an intersection & if my peddles move AT ALL, the bike takes off. Not cool. I put that setting back to default.

So, my $45 chain lock has a serial number in case I'd ever lose the key. But, my $300 battery doesn't. Why?

Anyone silicone the hole in the frame under the controller? Wish I could find a grommet to fit, for waterproofing... Curious.

Any chance of yourself having a template I could borrow, if'n I wanted to do something similar? Thinking full logo, fender, rack delete w/ whitewalls. 😏
