Thanks for the update! Interesting to hear your latest moves. Yea I just bought my LMT'D and so far pretty happy with it, esp. for the cost. Will keep tinkering with it, but pretty set now with the 48T up front. Prob wont mess with controller as I would prob be better off looking into another...

I also upgraded the front sprocket on mine, but only went up to a 48T. I think its much better, but I think I read the max is 50. I think you may have the sprocket on the outside of the cranks vs the inside if that makes sense. I did the same on mine and the chain seems to fall off much easier...

So I am considering the LTM'D and comparing all its power specs to similar bikes. I see this bike is around a "1000W" max based on its components, and real world results (display readings). I like how the MXUS is 100Nm, however it seems like similar bikes use a 25a controller and/or a higher...

Just curious, how does the power and acceleration compare between these? Pretty similar? I am also considering a Z1 down the road one day.

So here in Florida looking to get my first street legal commuter bike. I know many say they have never had an issue with authorities regarding the watts of the motor, 350/500/750/1000/etc... I am considering a 750W and thought I read somewhere they updated the law to state "above 750" vs below...

Thanks. Actually I just have a pre-order in for one so don't actually own one yet! This is how I was hoping the torque sensor would work, but I only have exp with cadence sensor bikes. Any other comments on this model?

Thanks. I would just hope that the torque sensor would perform better than a on/off switch and if pedaling very slow around a corner, it would provide very little assist.

So I have an email in to their tech support but wanted to get some ideas/answers here from those who may know. I know thee CCX has both cadence and torque sensors which is one reason why I am considering it. However at low speed (PAS 1) what would be the minimum speed one would be able to pedal...

Hi, so does this fit in the stock Pace 500 frame, or did you remove the guts and modify in some way? What Amp rating is the stock controller? I dont need anything larger, but also dont want to go down? Maybe its 20A? Link to the 22a from ebay Ebay 22a Also, any other modifications or adapters...

Also have the Pace 500 and interested in this upgrade. I guess I have the original controller and agree not much to really gain with the Aventon upgrade option. I have KT controllers on my other ebike so if this fits, this may be something I can retrofit here on the 500. Did OP get around to...

Yea so been down this road also. For me, I found I am not too interested in the typical 250W motors. I know its not only about Watts, but sometimes there will be a need for more power and with a Bafang, I think I will have plenty. I also dont like the fact most of those mid's dont have throttle...
