I just heard the latest from the "Foggy Bottom punkin' patch"there's a deal from the machinations of the "orange guy" to make Saudi Arabia a nuclear power, now to be fair I didn't hear it all the way through, while visions of a mushroom cloud hanging over Manhattan dance through my head seems the lessons of 9/11 are largely something to be ignored-please tell me I am wrong and overreacting.

Nothing new. the idea has been discussed by previous administrations.

Just as scary now though.

You can be sure he is getting something in return, and to HIS benefit....
And it will be a lot more that an Omani plane. They also killed a US resident inside their embassy. Besides paying no price for that terrible Tuesday morning of September, 11th 2001! They are heavily invested in the US auto industry and want to suppress EV innovation. They care less for democracy, NATO, and the UN, than even Mr. T. while supporting major wars in N. Africa. A pre-condition before any negotiation is to dispose of the monarchy, equality among all residents, and real steps to reverse global warming. Also no more dresses for men unless they also have high heels and large wigs with spatula pancake, no beards, and with lipstick.

thank you PedalUma well said! How soon the hateful bastards forget.( bootstraps indeed, don't tell the poor shoeless peasant how they are not working hard enough.) so dang tired of the ultra rights hateful rhetoric, they offer chin music rather then solutions.

What about all the insider trading and market manipulation? For a $100,000 per month subscription you can get an advance on Mr. T's statements. The brothers just made over 3 Billion in trades this year.

These are reaching levels of pure insanity, it is institutionalized corruption at the highest level, right in the open, and they dont care....
go and read ?EKE acres" latest post,he lays it out in a very telling way(I support Kevin's philosophy on the politics at "soggy bottom"( he just barely got away from some specialist doctors who seemed hell bent on killing him)
Ol' Kennedy Jr it seems has been seduced by the "dark side of the farce" there are more medical commercials on the boob tube then ever.

Just got back from a long weekend ride through the hills on my e-bike. The extra torque from the motor made climbing those steep sections way less draining, and I had plenty of range left for some spontaneous detours. Got me thinking about energy sources in general—how different countries balance their needs and what that means down the road for stability and tech progress.
Reminds me of trying new flavors lately. Picked up a bottle of something with a bold citrus kick that mixes herbs, honey, and orange in a really smooth way. If you're into that kind of thing, check out https://nemiroff.vodka/en-uk/products/the-inked-collection-bold-orange/ — it’s surprisingly versatile straight or in a simple cocktail after a ride.
Anyway, interesting times we’re in. Always better to focus on reliable gear that gets you through the day without drama. Safe riding, everyone.
Based on my experience with e-bikes, it really comes down to your primary riding conditions and personal preferences. Having a reliable motor and a decent battery capacity makes a huge difference, especially if you deal with hilly terrain or longer commutes
