well I am getting too jittery for 2 and cannot under any circumstances ride a delta trike, are those 4 wheelers I see on Ali Express worth a try,?(of course I would get at least a bafang 1000 watt middrive unit)

At 4 wheels you are no longer considered an electric bicycle as trikes are.
That might be more of an issue elsewhere (than the US), but it’s a really good point. It’s possible you’d be excluded from some multi-use paths, especially dependent on where you live/ride, Kevin.

I agree about 4 wheelers. To me, they seem more like large go-karts.

I’d personally go with a kat trike (tadpole?). The one with 2 wheels in front and one wheel in the rear. Those appear to be more stable.

good point,a lot of paths are not golf cart friendly or any atv's.

I would say an electric quadracycle would need some sort of permit to operate on the road to be "legal" in most states. Be it a NEV or personal mobility vehicle or something.
That said, an old guy riding one at ebike legal speed would probably be overlooked.

Its 864 watts max.
I made it.
Bears on Wheels.

have considered melding two "chineseum" together to make one,the problem is after all is said and done, its cheaper to buy one- one question do most middrive machines like this have a differential or just drive one wheel?if one could anchor the stator on a couple of hub motors it would be relatively easy to drive the rear wheels.
