2022 moterra mtb headlight question

the orginal EQ version had the Lezyne Super HB E1000 on the handlebars in 2022.
so this should work https://ride.lezyne.com/products/ebike-super-hb-stvzo-e1000 when the DriveUnit is set at 12Volt output on the light connectors (which it should standard be).

My Tesoro has a different drive unit than your Moterra, but mine has a 23w limit on lighting. That 16w light should be fine.

The Tesoro has a Supernova M99 Mini Pro 45, which has a 16w high beam that I never use. A lot of these lighting specifications come out of European regulations for Class 3 s-pedelecs, which they treat a lot like motor vehicles. Licensed, plated, regulated. The Moterra is an e-MTB (great bike), and when riding after dark in the woods, you can use all the light you can get.

I was looking at the M99 Mini recently, Chris. Can you have low and high beam on together? I know the low beam is 8W, which would bring the total to 24 if you can have both on, but I wasn’t sure you could do that... in which case it’s 16W max.
