Join me as I browse Facebook Marketplace for my first ebike

Hi all, new the forum. 38 year old dad or two that lives in the suburbs of NYC.

I’m 5’11, 220lb.

Our bike infrastructure is crap but we do have some trails and light gravel. I’d be looking for kind of a do it all bike and preferably with the ability to somehow drag one of my kids along. The good cargo e-bikes seem out of my price range (R&S, Tern, Yuba, etc.)

Anyway, as I find (what I think) could be suitable bikes at a good deal I’ll post them here for you experts to weigh in and hopefully steer me in the right direction. Thanks!

I agree it’s not. But I’m one that loves to find a great deal especially on something that may (hopefully not) end up collecting dust.

I.e. I’d rather take a risk on a high end used bike than spend full retail for a middling one.
