Just talked to Liberty Trike. They walked me through how to get the trike going. None of the utube help let you know to look to the right part of handle bar to get going.
What's going on with new posts in the forums?

Looks like they're trying out new software for the site and having problems. A head's up would've been nice. Oh, well, a little disconnect time doesn't hurt.

Yeah, sorry for the inconvenience everyone. The forums had to be moved to the subdomain instead of a folder structure. @Ravi Kempaiah had reached out with some issues and I've been digging into fixes, but relying on some programming support. That energy has mostly been focused on the site (per the new design and features). I should have given a heads up, but was expecting things to go MUCH smoother ;)

AMEN! (also walk more, eat less; especially the more you age)
After giving my son my Specialized bike a couple years ago, my wife and I decided an eBike could be the ticket for low impact exercise with the rigor of hills replaced by electric assistance to create a new joy of useful recreation. We ended up with a Lectric (folding XP Step Thru 3.0 for me and a Lectric e-Trike for her and love our choices.
Good Morning,
Hopefully you can help me? I have a standard NCM Moscow ebike 227.5 inch with the restricted display (15.5mph). Could you please provide any details on an upgrade display that would let me go at least 20mph?
Kind regards

I have an Orbea Gain Urban, currency 3 years old. Lots of issues including 2 new handlebar power controller. Last week it lost all assistance, but no flashing pink light. The app showed battery 95%, but 0 range. The battery has had 44 charge cycles and was easily doing 75 miles on a charge. Now they tell me it needs a new battery (which I think costs around £650) Anyone had similar problems? Any suggestions?
Whew, I almost ordered without checking and yes, like you, a cadence sensor is a deal breaker for me.
I recently purchased a eco-trick bison of Amazon it shipped from California I'm in Venice Beach got the bike put it together wrote it but the battery might have been not fully charged which obviously probably wasn't but needless to say came home charged it and the display didn't come on nothing so I opened up the box plugged and unplugged all the wires the display came on now the motor doesn't work. Smh. 😠😠😠😠😠

make sure the brakes levers aren't loose. There are switches in them that inhibit the motor if they're activated.
DEAD Batteries! Bought the OSLO e-bikes from Kohls last fall and tried to get them running this spring but no dice. The batteries are totally dead and a young friend took the case apart and could not find a way to revitalize them. Are there any replacement batteries available (Huffy refuses to answer requests from me) ?

It is a standard 36V rack-pack. Just go to eBay or Amazon. It doesn't matter if the connectors are different. You can chop those off and use automotive crimp/shrink connectors. Before you connect them slide a length of marine shrink tube over the wires. After the crimp/shrink connections are finished, slide the tube up and shrink it with a hair dryer or heat gun. Get the battery far from the bike.
I am an old guy that made the jump to e-bikes to keep riding (and keep up with folks riding plain bikes). I still ride 10 to 12 mph for 40 miles, but I don't fall miles behind after a series of hills. About half the time I use zero boost. I ride about 1000 miles a year.
I am trying to slow up my bike because of the trails I ride The bike is a fat tire mid drive 44 tooth Bafang 510. I can not buy just the outer ring that has the teeth just the whole sprocket. I can only find the 40 teeth chainring made for a narrow tire. I am thinking about buying it and changing the outer ring I am sure they have the same hole pattern? They both have 5 spoke patterns and look the same?

Hi - I have an Izip E3 Metro. The BMS needs to be replaced. The Izip battery charger has 3 wires. I would like to replace with a standard 2 wire charger. Also, there are 3 wires from the BMS to the controller. Where do I find a replacement BMS that has 3 wires to the contoller?

Thank you.

You won’t.

Google, izip e3 metro replacement battery
Nice writeup on the battery pack in your Hydra thread. Let me know if you build any for sale. How expensive are spot welders and finding BMS?
