Can any kindly add some comments on this one? I am about to pull trigger on this one after doing my research on Yukon, Teo, and Radrover. Thanks.

Looks to me like the new 2018 Voltbike is the one to get. The new updates makes it the better choice/value and Voltbike provides good support. I have a Téo, I love it, but have been very disappointed with after sales support, they have no clue of what is great support.

First ride on new VoltBike Yukon 750 (2018). My old one speed has been retired as a garden plant holder. It was a very short cold ride, its the winter that never ends. My first time on a bike that has gears, brakes that do not require peddling backwards and no effort on my part to go forward.

I explained to George at VoltBike that I had some health issues and would require some help with delivery. George said, “Are you going to be able to manage this bike”. I did not read the rules so take this out if not allowed. George used a trucking company in Saskatchewan, Jay’s. Professional service and a driver that went the extra mile to help a customer. To George, yes I can, now get the h… out of my way.

I love my 2017 Ltd. Super solid, no trouble, lots of power and looks, looks, looks lol. Have fun!
How many amps is the Yukon's controller configured for out of the box? When I asked Voltbike how many amps the controller was, George responded, "For the new Yukon 750 peak current is 20A. Rated current is 10A". In doing the math, with the Yukon's stock 48V battery that would be 480W nominal and 960W peak. Correct me if I'm wrong, but to claim the Yukon has a 750W motor would mean the controller must be set somewhere between 15 and 16A? Have I got this right?

I have found that answers about exact power ratings have been.. flexible, at best and that is across several manufacturers. You get much more specific numbers when building it yourself from a kit. That’s been my experience so far.

Hey Stigger. Which piece are you referencing? I have had a lot of parts delivered recently. All of the parts from Golden Motor have been reliably shipped. Other Amazon shippers are a mixed bag.

Golden Motor shipped to my door. There was a missing part and I requested a reship and they complied. But I had to go pick that up and sign for it and I found that to be only fair.

Hi, I'm new to this forum. I'm in the market to buy a ebike and I was looking at the Yukon 750 and Téo Fat bike (750W).

What are the main difference?

From a reviewer I saw that the throttle on the Téo was not working until you pedal a bit. Is it the same with the Yukon?

thanks

Just received my new 2018 Yukon 750, WOW what a awesome bike. Had to take it for a quick spin, this is going to be a great summer.

When I first looked at both of those bikes, they appear to be the same frame and motor. The physical difference will be in the components each bike is outfitted with and how that affects the price. Then, you need to take into consideration who is going to provide you with a better level of support after the bike has been delivered.
